Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of ReelFloor, a product of JK. Creative LLC (“ReelFloor,” “we,” “us”). By creating an account or purchasing credits, you agree to these Terms.

1. What ReelFloor does

ReelFloor turns the listing photos you upload into cinematic walkthrough videos with motion, voiceover, and music. Videos are produced using deterministic motion applied to your real photos — we do not generate fictional imagery of the property.

2. Accounts

You sign in with your email via a one-time link. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to your email secure.

3. Credits and purchases

ReelFloor is sold as one-time purchases — license tiers and refill packs — not a subscription. Each finished video uses one credit.
Credits do not expire.
Prices are shown at checkout. Payments are processed by Square; by purchasing you also agree to Square’s terms.
A render that fails for technical reasons does not consume a credit.

4. Refund policy

Because credits deliver instantly usable digital goods, purchases are generally final. However, we stand behind the product:

If a video fails to render, you are not charged a credit — just try again.
If you were charged but credits did not appear, or you hit a technical problem we can’t resolve, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we’ll make it right, which may include a credit adjustment or refund of unused credits.
Used credits (videos already produced) are non-refundable.

5. Your content and rights

You keep ownership of your uploaded photos and the videos we generate for you, and you may use them for marketing your listings.
You represent that you have the rights to every photo you upload and the right to create marketing from it.
You are solely responsible for ensuring your listings and videos comply with applicable real-estate, advertising, MLS, and Fair Housing rules. ReelFloor is a production tool, not legal or compliance advice.
You grant us the limited rights needed to process, store, and deliver your videos. We do not claim ownership of your content.

6. Acceptable use

Don’t upload content you don’t have rights to, anything unlawful, or content that infringes others’ rights; and don’t attempt to disrupt or abuse the service. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

7. Service availability

We aim for reliable service but provide ReelFloor “as is,” without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify or discontinue features.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JK. Creative LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
