Privacy Policy

ReelFloor is a product of JK. Creative LLC (“ReelFloor,” “we,” “us”). This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using ReelFloor you agree to this policy.

1. Information we collect

• Account information. Your email address, used to sign in via a one-time “magic link.” We do not store passwords.
• Listing content you upload. The property photos and any details you provide (address, price, beds/baths, features) so we can produce your walkthrough video.
• Purchase information. Payments are processed by Square. We receive a confirmation and a payment identifier to credit your account; we never receive or store your full card number.
• Usage data. Basic logs (e.g. render status, errors) needed to operate and troubleshoot the service.

2. How we use your information

• To create, store, and deliver your walkthrough videos.
• To grant and track your one-time credits and send you transactional email (sign-in links, “your video is ready”).
• To operate, secure, and improve the service.

3. Photo handling and retention

Uploaded source photos are stored temporarily in cloud storage only long enough to render your video, and are deleted automatically after the video is produced (a storage lifecycle rule removes any residual upload within 7 days as a backstop). Finished videos are hosted for sharing for approximately 45 days, after which the shareable link expires. You can download your videos from your library at any time before expiry.

4. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the service providers that make ReelFloor work, acting on our behalf:

• Square — payment processing.
• Supabase — authentication and database.
• Cloudflare R2 — file and video storage.
• Resend — transactional email delivery.

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights and users.

5. Your content and responsibilities

You retain ownership of the photos you upload and the videos we generate for you. You are responsible for having the rights to the photos you upload and for ensuring your listings comply with applicable real-estate, advertising, and Fair Housing rules. See our Terms of Service.

6. Data security

We use reputable cloud providers, encrypted connections (HTTPS), scoped access credentials, and per-user access controls. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information.

7. Your choices

You can request access to or deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us. Deleting your account removes your profile, jobs, and videos.

8. Children

ReelFloor is a business tool not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

9. Changes

We may update this policy; material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above.
